Come creare una lista M3U
Aggiornato — 2026
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-name="News 24" group-title="Notizie",News 24 HD
https://esempio.com/live/news24.m3u8
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-name="Sport Live" group-title="Sport",Sport Live HD
https://esempio.com/live/sport.m3u8
I campi principali
Come crearla passo passo

Domande frequenti
Che differenza c'è tra M3U e M3U8?
L'M3U8 è la variante M3U in UTF-8, usata per i flussi HLS. Per il player sono equivalenti.
Posso usare Excel per creare una lista M3U?
Sconsigliato: Excel può aggiungere formattazioni. Meglio un editor di testo semplice.
Quanti canali posso mettere?
How to create an M3U playlist
Updated — 2026
An M3U playlist is a simple text file that lists channels and their addresses. Almost every IPTV player uses it (VLC, IPTV Player, etc.). Here is how to create one, and how to verify it.
What the M3U format is
An M3U file starts with #EXTM3U. For each channel you write two lines: one with the info (name, logo, group) and one with the stream address.
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-name="News 24" group-title="News",News 24 HD
https://example.com/live/news24.m3u8
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-name="Sport Live" group-title="Sport",Sport Live HD
https://example.com/live/sport.m3u8
The main fields
- #EXTINF:-1 — duration (always -1 for live).
- tvg-name — the channel name (for the TV guide).
- tvg-logo — the logo URL (optional).
- group-title — the group (e.g. Sport, Movies, News).
- After the comma: the displayed name in the player.
How to create it step by step
- Open Notepad (or a text editor).
- Write
#EXTM3Uon the first line. - For each channel add the two lines (info + address).
- Save with the
.m3uextension (e.g.mylist.m3u).
Tip: use a plain-text editor (Notepad++, VS Code) to avoid odd formatting.
From an Xtream server
If you use an Xtream Codes server, you don't need to write the file by hand: many servers expose an M3U link (get.php) with all channels. Copy that link and use it directly in the players.
Verify the list before using it
After creating (or downloading) the list, check that the channels work with Nexus Checker: you see which are alive and get a clean M3U with only working channels.
